Financial Therapy: A Sweet Little Taste

restorative yoga posesIn so many ways how we relate with money speaks to our level of self-care. It’s one of our primary relationships, yet so often gets short shrift. This is because there are SO many attendant feelings that arise for everyone when it comes to this topic. The question is, how conscious are we about these emotions and their impact on all of our financial decisions.

Well, I’m excited to introduce you to one of my mentors, Bari Tessler, who is leading a global conscious money movement. She is a financial therapist and  founder of The Art of Money, a program which integrates Money Healing, Money Practices, and Money Maps.

Here is one of her signature tools, from her background in body-centered therapy, called a Body Check-in. It’s a nifty little tool, and not just for working with your money, but really for any area of your life where amping up your level of consciousness would be a benefit. :)
