How To Reduce Stress Using Your Smart Phone

I love to leverage technology and this phone app is my go-to for reducing stress!

GPS for the Soul measures HRV (Heart Rate Variability), one of the most accurate indicators of chronic stress. It does this via a sensor when you place you finger over your phone’s camera lens. {This tech stuff still amazes me.} You keep your finger there until it has a reading.

Then, if it’s assessment indicates you are stressed out, the app offers you a variety of ways to lower it, allowing you to choose music, guided meditation, music, and or even color therapy to bring the stress levels down.

Oh, and did I mention it’s FREE. Less stress on the wallet too!
