Raspberry Leaf Tea Recipe

benefits of raspberry leaf Herbal teas have much to offer us medicinally. And raspberry leaf tea is especially beneficial for women. Here is a super simple recipe to use it in a tea. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup dried organic red raspberry leaf
1 tablespoon goji berries
Young Living lemon essential oil

Method:
  1. Bring a quart of water to a boil.
  2. In a quart mason jar add the raspberry leaf and goji berries.
  3. Pour hot water into the mason jar.
  4. Let steep over night.
  5. Strain the tea.
  6. Take a toothpick and dip it into the bottle of lemon essential oil. Swirl the toothpick into the mason jar, to infuse the tea with the essence of lemon.

Bonus Tip: Using this tea in your smoothies will add an extra nutritional punch!
